IVO has a regular training calendar, where participants are invited. IVO as a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility also provides training in "Social Marketing" to Non-Profits enabling them better serve community.
Pedagogy consists of conceptual deliberations, real life case discussions, interaction with experts and discussion of participant's real life problems. It is encouraged to bring real life brand issues to the programme.

Every training programme has distinctly articulated deliverables and a high leverage "Return on Training" stands assured. Training programmes are scheduled to convenience and cost Rs 25,000/- per participant. Costs don't cover travel and stay expenses.
IVO also conducts above training in-house. Cost for in-house training stands at Rs 50,000/- per programme, including a maximum of 10 participants. Actuals shall be as incidental. Customized training programmes can be worked out to suit Institutional needs.
